By accessing advantaasphalt.com or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.

About Advanta Asphalt

Advanta Asphalt, Inc. is a commercial asphalt paving company based in Live Oak, Florida. We provide asphalt paving, sealcoating, repair, striping, and related infrastructure services to commercial, industrial, and municipal clients.

Quote requests and proposals

Submitting a quote request does not create a binding contract. Projects are subject to a site evaluation and formal written proposal before work begins. Proposals are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing may change after that period due to material costs, fuel, or other project requirements.

Scope, timelines, and payment

Work is limited to the signed proposal. Additional work requires a written change order and may incur additional charges. Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and may change due to weather, material availability, site access, or other conditions beyond our control. A deposit may be required as stated in the proposal. Final payment is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Client responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate project information, safe site access, notice of underground utilities, drainage systems, or hazards, and required permits or approvals unless otherwise agreed.

Warranties and liability

We perform work in a professional manner consistent with industry standards and use materials sourced from reputable suppliers. Warranties do not cover third-party damage, acts of God, improper use, failure to maintain the surface, or undisclosed conditions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for a project does not exceed the amount paid for that project.

Website use

Website content, including text, images, project photography, and graphics, belongs to Advanta Asphalt, Inc. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission. You agree not to use the site unlawfully, transmit unsolicited advertising, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated scraping tools.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes are subject to the courts located in Suwannee County, Florida. We may update these terms at any time.
