3.1 Quote Requests Submitting a quote request through our website does not constitute a binding contract. All projects are subject to a site evaluation and a formal written proposal before any work commences.
3.2 Project Proposals All proposals issued by Advanta Asphalt, Inc. are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change after this period due to material costs, fuel, or other market conditions.
3.3 Scope of Work Work performed will be limited to the scope outlined in the signed proposal. Any additional work requested beyond the agreed scope will require a written change order and may incur additional charges.
3.4 Project Timelines Estimated project timelines are provided in good faith and are subject to change due to weather conditions, material availability, site access, or other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any schedule changes promptly.
4.1 Deposits A deposit may be required prior to project commencement as specified in the project proposal.
4.2 Final Payment Final payment is due upon project completion unless alternative terms have been agreed in writing.
4.3 Late Payments Invoices not paid within the agreed payment period may be subject to late payment fees as specified in the project agreement.
4.4 Disputed Invoices Any disputes regarding invoices must be raised in writing within 7 days of the invoice date. Undisputed portions of an invoice remain due by the original payment deadline.
To enable us to complete your project effectively, you agree to:
6.1 Workmanship Advanta Asphalt, Inc. warrants that all work will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.
6.2 Materials Materials used in our projects are sourced from reputable suppliers and applied in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
6.3 Exclusions Warranties do not cover damage caused by third parties, Acts of God, improper use, failure to maintain the surface, or conditions not disclosed prior to project commencement.
6.4 Warranty Claims Any warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period specified in your project proposal. We will inspect the issue and, if covered, remedy it at no additional cost.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advanta Asphalt, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific project.
